Cathy von Birgelen
Cathy von Birgelen is a certified email-marketing professional and strategic-marketing consultant with more than 15 years of experience in e-marketing and business development efforts. She has consulted with many regional and national clients including: GE, Choice Hotels, Proctor & Gamble, Holcombs, Howard Industries, Troyer Farms, Gannon University, Blair.com, and Penn State Erie – The Behrend College. Von Birgelen is the program director of the eMarketing Learning Center.
Neal Rabogliatti
Neal Rabogliatti is the senior e-strategy consultant for Catalyst Connection in Pittsburgh, Pa. Rabogliatti has over 12 years of internet development and marketing experience, specializing in developing strategies for search engine optimization and conversion in the business-to-business and manufacturing sectors. Some of his clients include: PPG, Erie Insurance and the University of Arkansas. Rabogliatti lectures nationally on search engine optimization and is a member of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO).
Chris Rudd
Chris Rudd is the Web marketing specialist at PAPA Advertising in Erie, Pa. With nearly 10 years of experience, he provides dynamic solutions and strategies for interactive marketing, including Web management, promotion and sales. Rudd has past experience as a Web optimization consultant, director of Web marketing, and director of business development for regional and national firms. Rudd is also a certified Google AdWords Qualified Individual.
Jeff Parnell
Jeff Parnell is a 23-year veteran of the direct marketing industry. He is a board member and former board chairman of the Center for eBusiness and Advanced IT (eBizITPA) and a member of the adjunct faculty at Gannon University’s Dahlkemper School of Business. From 2000-2007, he served as a vice president with Blair Corporation and led their e-commerce business from start-up to nearly $100 million in sales. Parnell holds bachelor’s and M.B.A. degrees from East Carolina University and recently joined Howard Industries as chief executive officer.
A. J. Miceli
A. J. Miceli has been a faculty member of Gannon University’s Department of Theatre, Communications and Fine Arts since 1975. He has significant experience in sales, marketing and electronic media, including six years as general manager of FOX 66 television. In 1994, Miceli and three partners opened ErieNet, Inc., Erie’s first internet service provider (ISP), which was acquired by Stargate Industries of Pittsburgh in October of 1999. In 2003, Miceli joined FishUSA.com as vice president of marketing.
Dr. Kathleen Noce
Dr. Kathleen Noce is a lecturer in management information systems at Penn State Erie, the Behrend College. She has industry experience in systems analysis and design in the financial sector, and information technology management at Mercyhurst College. Dr. Noce is the founder of Partnership Erie, a non-profit organization which provides complimentary Web planning, development, hosting, and maintenance services to Pennsylvania’s non-profit community.
Nick Kosanovich Jr.
Nick Kosanovich Jr began his Web Marketing experience four years ago as the Program Coordinator for the eMarketing Special Interest Group and E-marketing Apprentice for the eMarketing Learning Center (eMLC). Since leaving eMLC Nick has gone on to found Long Dog Marketing, an online marketing agency in Erie, Pennsylvania. He has consulted for Seaway Manufacturing, the eMarketing Learning Center, and the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity of Pennsylvania (VOSH/PA) to name a few.
